Standard/Maintenance Cleaning

This cleaning includes: dusting and removal of cobwebs, vacuuming & washing floors, dusting baseboards, empty trash, cleaning mirrors, cleaning ceiling fans, clean, scrub & sanitize showers, bathtubs & toilets, clean & sanitize counters, backsplash & sinks, vacuum furniture & cushions and deodorize.

Deep Cleaning/Initial Cleaning

This cleaning includes everything in standard cleaning plus: spot wash walls, wash woodwork & light fixtures, clean windows inside and outside (tip in only, no A/C units), clean top-bottom exterior surfaces of cabinets, move furniture and clean behind and under.

Move In, Move Out

Moving in and want a clean start? Moving out and need to leave the place clean? This cleaning includes all of standard cleaning and deep cleaning, plus cleaning inside and tops of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and closet shelving. Cleaning carpets may be additional $0.45/sq ft. of carpet.

Airbnb & Vacation Rentals

Do you have an Airbnb to clean between renters or a vacation rental that needs to be turned over prior to the next vacationers? Cleaning these properties means added attention to detail to make it look pristine and presentable for the next occupants.

Offices

Offices desire a professional level of clean that is specific to each business. We work together with each business owner to ensure that all their cleaning needs are met.

Add Ons & Extras

We are eager to provide additional services to your cleaning needs at additional charge upon request, these services include: Cleaning Windows (inside and out, sills, screens & blinds) *tip in windows only, no A/C units, Cleaning gutters, Cleaning Appliances (inside stove & refrigerator), Cleaning walls, Cleaning grout & tile, Detailing light fixtures, and Carpet cleaning ($0.45 per sq. ft.)

F.A.Q

Each property is unique, therefore, there are no regular rates. Pricing each property takes into consideration the square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and people living in the home, pets, and overall condition of cleanliness prior to pricing. ​
We take into consideration what the needs are of each client, some want weekly maintenance cleaning, some bi-weekly, others want one-time or when moving in or out of a residence. Airbnb and vacation rentals are cleaned between each guest's stay. We will come up with a schedule that works best for you.
If we arrive upon the property and it is not as discussed over the phone or conditions are more time consuming than was initially thought, clients will receive a phone call to either request more time to do the job or ask client if there are items that can be looked over at that visit to keep cost at the original estimated cost.
We are fully stocked with our own supplies and equipment that works best for the level of clean and consistency that we desire for our clients.
We will work together to come up with the appropriate cleaning services. We take into consideration if the property has ever been professionally cleaned, the condition of the property, pets, how many people occupy the property and overall desires of client.
